Description
This role is for a customer focused Systems Administrator who empathizes with our customers and employees. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our Cloud infrastructure, monitor systems and hardware, and ensure our technical systems are updated, patched, and secure. You will partner the Security, Network, Technical, and Automation engineering teams to design and implement solutions in a timely manner
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage with empathy of the end user in mind
- Design, implement, and support IT systems to effectively meet department goals and objectives
- Design and implement processes to monitor and support all of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and related technologies
- Enhance monitoring, performance, and capacity of system performance
- Build policies and scripts to support company owned devices and SaaS services such as M365, AWS, and Slack.
- Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material to internal employees
- Partner Security, Networking, IT to develop automated onboarding and offboarding processes
- Implement and manage Active Directory, group policy, and network policy servers
- Build and maintain scripts in Python, Bash, Powershell, and other scripting languages
