About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and securing business relationships with new customers while maintaining and growing relationships with our existing client base. Your role will involve communication, estimating, scheduling, and managing accounts receivable transactions—all with a strong focus on achieving revenue goals.
Service Advisors serve as the link between customers and operations, ensuring that resources and schedules align to provide exceptional service. You will work closely with dispatchers, CSR teams, and your assigned SAA to prioritize site visits, respond to customer inquiries, and support the overall efficiency of our services.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support
- Follow up with customers and site contacts regarding additional required work.
- Communicate with past-due customers and ensure proper paperwork is completed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build estimates in our software system and follow up with customers on existing estimates.
- Market FloHawks Services to new and existing customers.
Operational & Team Collaboration
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Work closely with the Dispatch team to adjust schedules and projections as needed.
- Collaborate with the Customer Solutions Manager on revenue reporting and the Operations Director on production reporting.
- Uphold and promote company leadership values, including safety, integrity, customer focus, and teamwork.
- Assist supervisors with training initiatives and industry updates.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
