What You’ll Do
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to inquiries, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate Meetings and Scheduling: Oversee conference room bookings, coordinate meeting details, and arrange catering, helping meetings run smoothly for both internal teams and clients.
- Incoming and Outgoing Mail: Process and route incoming mail, including policy updates, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Administrative and Clerical Support: Perform tasks like filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining office supplies to keep everything running efficiently.
- Office and Facilities Maintenance: Assist with office equipment maintenance and coordinate with service vendors keeping things in good working order.
- Education and Work Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- License or Certification Requirements:
- Requires a current Colorado driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
- Excellent customer service skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Solid organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently while staying on top of schedules.

- Salary Range - Starting pay for this nonexempt $23.00 - $25.00/hourly. Pay may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, commensurate with experience. In addition to regular pay, this position is eligible to participate in our annual performance incentive program.

Salary : $23 - $25
