We are looking for a Landscape Laborer to join our team! The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining various landscapes throughout our communities. Responsibilities will include using equipment to landscape sites, trimming and removing trees, completing finish landscape tasks, and hydroseeding. Additionally, you will assist in other areas as needed to support the company's operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the landscaping industry and be able to work in a team setting. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and has a positive attitude. This position will offer full-time status throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate landscape equipment
- Assist with general finish landscaping such as moving dirt & hydroseeding
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment including trucks, plows, tractors, and specialty equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines
- Complete landscaping around new homes, after infrastructure repairs, etc.
- Trim and cut down trees and shrubs
- Remove stumps after tree removals
- Provide snow removal services for communities
- Work with a team to complete projects in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Class A CDL
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Experience operating power tools and landscaping equipment
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Prior asset maintenance experience is a plus but not required
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts
- Day shift
- Monday to Thursday
- Overtime availability when needed
Physical Demands: This job operates in an outdoor environment and is exposed to extreme temperatures. Must be able to climb, crawl, bend and work in heat, cold and rainy conditions.
