Responsible for providing clinical and technical support to a broad base of Liposorber customers, including hotline support.
Support sales for an assigned territory by promoting Liposorber to targeted customers. Build business relationships
with Apheresis Nurses to ensure customer and patient satisfaction when using Liposorber for all approved FDA
indications. Meet expectations as defined by Sales and Marketing Management.

Minimum Requirements
3 to 4 years of experience as a Hemodialysis / Apheresis NurseCommitment to target attainment - Assist in achieving sales targets for the assigned customers / territories / products with moderate scale and complexity.Account Management - Manage and retain the assigned account independently.Customer Relationship Management- Establish and maintain good business relationships with assigned customers.Fostering Teamwork - Perform joint effort with other functions (e.g., technical service) in sales, marketing, and technical services activities, developing a collaborative network.Coaching / Mentoring - Provide support and advice (in operational aspects) to others with less experience.QMSCompliance - Exhibit Leadership & Commitment to Company QMS Policies; support and actively participate in ensuring your actions comply with site QMS policies, procedures, and identified best practices.Job Requirements
Coordinates and conducts all aspects of clinical training for Hospital and Clinic providers, including new customer training and refresher training (as requested)Hotline : provides troubleshooting support (online and phone) to ensure customers can safely operate the Liposorber systemSite visits - in person, virtual - interacting on a recurrent basis (minimum once per quarter) with key customersSchedules and coordinates educational programs (webinars, dinner programs, lunch and learns).Support the sales team in facilitating the sales process.Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including hospitals, physicians, nurse practitioners, and othersSupport sales team by providing updates on new patient referrals and opportunities to grow business.Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers.Quarterly planning for clinical training & educational webinars.Plans annual maintenance & collects maintenance PO from customersReports weekly activities and progress updates to the managementUpdates monthly actual patient numbers being treated & type of treatment (FH / FSGS)Responsible for tracking contract status & renewal between the KMA contracts manager and customerUpdates weekly schedule and Hotline LogAttends and represents KMA at medical conferencesComplies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignmentsMaintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendorsOngoing updates to Sales ForcePerforms other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assignedCompensation Information
