The Opportunity
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's Sales and Marketing initiatives. This position will manage the company's existing product portfolio and focuses on the creation, management, and optimization of innovative and strategic marketing campaigns with an emphasis on lead generation. The Product Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Coordinator, and the broader Sales and Marketing team.
What You'll Be Working On
Driving creative, high-impact product launch strategies, including messaging, branding, competitive comparisons, and sales collateral development.Collaborating across teams (marketing, sales, R&D, regulatory) to ensure alignment on messaging and strategies, including field sales training.Developing and executing campaigns, tracking ROI, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with downstream product strategy.Leading planning and execution of events, including tradeshows, educational events, and customer advisory boards.Creating content that resonates with target audiences and supports customer engagement programs.Using analytics tools to monitor campaign success, track trends, and recommend data-driven actions.Supporting field sales through training, talk tracks, and customer engagement strategies at territory and regional levels.Your Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably with successful product launches in the medical or healthcare industry.Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with marketing analytics tools and digital marketing platforms; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Proven ability to translate highly technical products into clear, compelling value propositions.Event planning experience (tradeshows, educational events) is a plus.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.Perks of the Job
