What You'll Do
As a Senior Territory Manager, you will :
- Adequately build procedural and clinical product knowledge to in-service or certify physicians and staff on the usage of our products.
- Develops and implements sales strategies by determining relevant factors of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products to hospital personnel and physicians.
- Observe live procedures in the lab and operating room of accounts to gain insight into the specific preferences of each physician and staff member involved in the procedures.
- Work with appropriate personnel to help establish pricing packages that will address each individual customer / IDN needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.
- Respond in a timely fashion to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing a creatives and feasible solution, including working with appropriate personnel (Clinical, Marketing, Contracts) to find an optimal solution for the customer.
