The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 10 years experience in all core functions of Human Resources, ideally in medical device or a fast paced, highly regulated sector.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of working as a member of a senior leadership team including being a trusted adviser and sounding board to senior leadership.
• Experience developing talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
