We are looking for a Property Restoration Technician who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and ready to make a positive impact on our customers and team. If you have a passion for hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping clients through challenging situations, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Water Damage Restoration
  • Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment.
  • Monitor drying progress and document moisture levels throughout the process.
  • Mold Remediation
  • Identify mold growth in affected areas.
  • Safely remove contaminated materials and apply remediation treatments according to industry standards.
  • Crawlspace Encapsulation & Waterproofing
  • Install vapor barriers, insulation, and drainage solutions to keep crawlspaces dry.
  • Assess crawlspace issues and recommend appropriate encapsulation or waterproofing methods.
  • Foundation Bracing & Drainage Solutions
  • Assist in foundation repair, including bracing and structural support.
  • Install French drains and other drainage systems to prevent water intrusion.
  • Septic Installation & Landscaping Support
  • Perform or assist in septic system installs in compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct minor landscaping tasks and tree removal as needed for restoration and drainage projects.
  • Insulation Removal & Installation
  • Safely remove damaged or contaminated insulation.
  • Install new insulation for improved energy efficiency and moisture control.
  • Customer Service
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the restoration process, timelines, and required work.
  • Provide excellent service that builds trust and reflects the company’s commitment to quality.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Comply with industry standards, local regulations, and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 years in restoration, or a related field preferred; however, we are willing to train highly motivated candidates.
  • Skills:
  • Familiarity with power tools, basic carpentry, or mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment/materials (up to 50 lbs).
  • Basic knowledge of water extraction, mold remediation, or foundation repair techniques is an advantage.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or relevant certifications (IICRC, for example) are a bonus.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Applicable certifications (e.g., IICRC WRT, Mold Remediation) desired but not mandatory.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
