What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Lead & Oversee Flooring Installations – Ensure each project is completed with quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Coordinate & Schedule – Keep jobs on track and communicate with installers, customers, and vendors.
- Recruit & Vet Installers – Build a network of top-tier installers to maintain our reputation for excellence.
- On-Site Quality Control – Visit job sites to ensure work meets high standards and customer expectations.
- Customer & Installer Communication – Keep everyone informed with clear updates on schedules and progress.
- Problem Solve & Adapt – Address any challenges in real-time to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Project Documentation – Take before-and-after photos to ensure accountability and track quality.
- Deliver a 5-Star Experience – Maintain customer satisfaction by going above and beyond.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Flooring Installation & Production Management – You know the industry and can lead by example.
- Excellent Communicator – Whether it’s on the phone or in person, you’re a pro at keeping things clear and professional.
- Strong Industry Network – You already have connections with installers and suppliers or are eager to build them.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using digital tools to manage projects and communication.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – You can juggle multiple projects and keep everything running smoothly .
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a Plus! – Bonus points for strong communication across diverse teams.
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – You’ll be on the move, so we’ll reimburse your mileage.
- Pass a Background Check – We maintain high standards of integrity and trust.
