What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Lead & Oversee Flooring Installations Ensure each project is completed with quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Coordinate & Schedule Keep jobs on track and communicate with installers, customers, and vendors.
• Recruit & Vet Installers Build a network of top-tier installers to maintain our reputation for excellence.
• On-Site Quality Control Visit job sites to ensure work meets high standards and customer expectations.
• Customer & Installer Communication Keep everyone informed with clear updates on schedules and progress.
• Problem Solve & Adapt Address any challenges in real-time to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Project Documentation Take before-and-after photos to ensure accountability and track quality.
• Deliver a 5-Star Experience Maintain customer satisfaction by going above and beyond.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in Flooring Installation & Production Management You know the industry and can lead by example.
• Excellent Communicator Whether its on the phone or in person, youre a pro at keeping things clear and professional.
• Strong Industry Network You already have connections with installers and suppliers or are eager to build them.
• Tech-Savvy Comfortable using digital tools to manage projects and communication.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented You can juggle multiple projects and keep everything running smoothly.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a Plus! Bonus points for strong communication across diverse teams.
• Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation Youll be on the move, so well reimburse your mileage.
• Pass a Background Check We maintain high standards of integrity and trust.
