Role : In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Consultant

Seeking : Experienced Flooring Sales Professional

We are seeking a bi-lingual, passionate and experienced Flooring Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in flooring products, materials, and design, combined with a proven ability to guide clients in creating beautiful spaces, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities :

Relationship Building : Cultivate lasting connections with clients to drive ongoing business growth.

In-Home Consultations : Visit customers in branded attire to discuss their flooring projects, offering expert advice tailored to their needs.

Expert Recommendations : Leverage your knowledge of flooring materials, styles, and trends to guide customers to the best choices.

Sales Tools : Use provided technology (tablet, laptop, software) to create proposals and close sales efficiently.

What Were Looking For :

Experience : 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring knowledge is a must).

Customer-Centric : Exceptional communication skills. Proven track record of connecting with customers and building trust to foster strong relationships.

Drive to Succeed : A competitive spirit and a relentless focus on achieving sales targets.

Problem-Solving : Strong negotiation, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Integrity : High standards of honesty, ethics, and professionalism.

Technology Savvy : Comfortable using computers, software, and sales tools (Salesforce, Outlook, Google Suite, Excel, etc).

Flexibility : Availability to meet with homeowners, including evenings and weekends.

Valid Drivers License : A current license is required.

Compensation :

Earning Potential : Strong base (starting at $50,000) plus commission= opportunity to earn $100,000
