Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales staff to review project details, customer expectations, and product orders.
- Schedule and manage installation timelines to align with customer and installer availability.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure projects meet quality standards and contractual expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed of progress, start times, and any changes.
- Confirm the scope of work and compensation with installers before job starts.
- Walk customers through completed projects and collect final payments.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard installers who meet company standards for quality and professionalism.
- Resolve conflicts or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Keep the showroom and office organized and presentable.
- Attend occasional training seminars and trade shows to stay updated on flooring trends and best practices.
- At least 2 years of experience in the flooring or construction industry.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, organization, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of flooring products and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Diploma or Certificate in Project Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle. If unavailable, a company vehicle can be provided for work purposes.
