Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager to join our team in Foxboro, MA. The Project Manager will oversee the successful installation of flooring projects, coordinating between installers, sales staff, and customers. This role ensures customer expectations are met while delivering projects efficiently, on time, and within budget. A strong background in flooring or construction is required, alongside excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with sales staff to review project details, customer expectations, and product orders.Schedule and manage installation timelines to align with customer and installer availability.Conduct on-site inspections to ensure projects meet quality standards and contractual expectations.Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed of progress, start times, and any changes.Confirm the scope of work and compensation with installers before job starts.Walk customers through completed projects and collect final payments.Identify, recruit, and onboard installers who meet company standards for quality and professionalism.Resolve conflicts or complaints promptly and professionally.Keep the showroom and office organized and presentable.Attend occasional training seminars and trade shows to stay updated on flooring trends and best practices.Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in the flooring or construction industry.Strong project management skills, including scheduling, organization, and conflict resolution.Knowledge of flooring products and installation processes.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Advanced Diploma or Certificate in Project Management or a related field is preferred but not required.Must have access to a reliable vehicle. If unavailable, a company vehicle can be provided for work purposes.What We Offer :
