Design Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Be primary point of contact for our clients and manage all jobs from beginning to end
- Meet with clients in their home/jobsite and showcase the proper flooring samples to meet their needs
- Follow our process (including use of tablet and computer software)
- Project management - including engaging with our installers for a seamless installation
- Build network for long-term relationship building and lead generation
- Customer Service: Experience speaking to clients about key features and benefits. We take our reputation very seriously and are looking for the right candidate who aligns with our vision here
- Education: Experience working in the flooring industry is a must, preferably with in-home experience - knowledge of flooring types and production process
- Tech saavy: Will be using tablet and computer (Salesforce, Asana, and others) on ongoing basis
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
- Paid training provided
- Full-time
- Annual company convention in Mexico (when benchmarks are met)
- Company car for work appointments (insurance and gas covered by company)
