Compensation Package:
- Earn $65-85k in your first year (Base Salary Bonus Opportunity)

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate job site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding brand delivery standards
- Show strong priority and time management behaviors
- Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
- Build and foster a performance culture with flooring crews to maximize productivity and profitability
- Provide field training and coach flooring crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
- Take ownership with diligent client follow-up and follow-through
- Facilitates the resolution of client warranty & workmanship issues
- Ensure flooring crews are compliant with Company, OSHA, and EPA safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Construction/management experience preferred
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate software based platforms.
- Clean background check
- Valid driver's license and vehicle

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
