Position Overview and Responsibilities
As a Design Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include :
- Visiting clients’ homes to showcase and represent our high-quality products and services.
- Driving to and from appointments and carrying samples from our mobile showroom into clients’ homes.
- Positively and ethically presenting product offerings and solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Providing detailed quotes and managing the entire sales process, including : Conducting final walkthroughs with clients.Collecting final payments.Taking completion photos.Requesting customer reviews and referrals to help grow the business.
- A company credit card to cover all required sales expenses.
- A company car , including gas, maintenance, and insurance, for seamless travel to appointments.
- The latest technology tools, including a laptop, laser, and tablet, to ensure efficiency and accuracy in your work.
