- Experience: 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring knowledge is a must).
- Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication skills. Proven track record of connecting with customers and building trust to foster strong relationships.
- Drive to Succeed: A competitive spirit and a relentless focus on achieving sales targets.
- Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Integrity: High standards of honesty, ethics, and professionalism.
- Technology Savvy: Comfortable using computers, software, and sales tools (Salesforce, Outlook, Google Suite, Excel, etc).
- Flexibility: Availability to meet with homeowners, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid Driver’s License: A current license is required.
- Earning Potential: Strong base (starting at $50,000) plus commission= opportunity to earn $100,000
