The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in flooring sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless, in-home consultation experience.

Key Responsibilities as an In-Home Sales and Design Associate:

• Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
• Flooring Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of flooring materials, styles, and trends to educate clients and recommend the best options for their space.
• Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
