What You'll Do:
As our Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing every touchpoint of the customer journey, from the first call to the final installation. You’ll be the champion for creating an experience that makes customers feel appreciated, respected, and excited about their flooring decisions. Your role will involve:
- Customer Journey Oversight: Ensuring a seamless, positive experience for customers at every stage of their journey with Floor Daddy, from inquiry to final installation and beyond.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team to provide top-notch customer service, handling customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.
- Problem Solving & Resolution: Addressing any customer challenges or complaints with empathy, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to turn any situation into a positive outcome.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluating the customer experience process, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey, and making sure our processes are as efficient and effective as possible.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with the sales, installation, and design teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and consistent communication at every step.
