- Support the PRO desk in-store, handling phone calls, managing orders, and providing excellent customer service.
- Train and support the store team on how to use our selling process.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- At least one year of experience in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply, and/or professional installation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
