**Job Purpose:**
The Pro Services Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our professional customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Executing the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for our PRO customers.
- Supporting the PRO desk: phone calls, managing orders, order follow-up, customer support, and escalations.
- Collaborating with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
- Maintaining extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
- Training and supporting the Store Team on our selling process.
- Understanding our PRO business to educate our PRO customers and expand their participation.
- Offering and assisting PROs to sign up for the PRO Premier Rewards Program and download the benefits of the PRO APP.
**Requirements for the Position:**
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply, and/or professional installation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.
