Pay Range
19.10 - $37.30
Purpose : The PRO Services Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with Professional Contractor customers (PROs) who rely on Floor & Decor to make a living. The PRO Services Supervisor will ensure regular follow-up is being initiated with PRO customers to assess their satisfaction with all Floor & Decor PRO Premier services and benefits, and to identify any additional business opportunities to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements :
- 1-2 years of leadership or management experience
- 3 years sales and business development experience
- Knowledge of hard surface flooring and installation materials and techniques preferred
- Must present excellent customer service skills and be results oriented
- Proficient in basic mathematical skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite

PHYSICAL / SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Medium Work - Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
