- Direct and oversee warehouse staff, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures.
- Schedule personnel effectively to meet customer and inventory needs.
- Manage the flow of paperwork from receiving to inventory control specialist.
- Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
