Pay Range
97,300.00 - $180,800.00
PURPOSE
The GM Warehouse Operations will provide leadership and supervision for all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory, movement and shipping of products, materials, supplies and equipment. This individual will focus on providing excellent customer service and general support to the retail stores and the Store Support Center.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative
- Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, inventory management and control, and safety training
- Determine space requirements and plan layout of warehouse considering turnover, size, weight, multiple SKU’s and related factors of items in storage
- Work within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets including payroll projections
- Ensure proper record keeping of training and safety programs
- Determine work procedures, create work schedules and expedite workflow
- Maintain written warehouse process descriptions and flowcharts
- Review warehouse records for accuracy

PHYSICAL / SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Medium Work – Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Store Support Center Associates
Provide leadership and support training on all Safety programs, processes and procedures, insuring that every associate is properly trained for their position.
Follow established Safety procedures in all aspects of work assignments applicable to the position. This includes participating in all Safety related training and acquiring certifications. Each associate is responsible for Safety at the Store Support Center and when visiting other company work locations. All Safety concerns must be brought to the attention of the management of a location and / or the Store Support Center Safety Department immediately.
