Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design, with proficiency in various software tools and a passion for creating innovative solutions. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and technical skills to bring concepts to life, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and industry standards.
Design
· Develop detailed and accurate cabinet designs using CAD software based on client needs and project specifications.
· Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for client presentations.
· Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing and Installation.
· Stay up-to-date on current design trends, materials, and hardware.
· Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure project success.
· Manage design revisions and communicate effectively with clients.
Sales
· Meet with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
· Present design concepts and proposals effectively.
· Provide product knowledge and answer client questions.
· Assist in quoting and closing sales.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Follow up with leads and nurture potential business.
Requirements
· 2 years of experience in cabinet design.
· Proven experience in sales or a strong aptitude and interest in developing sales skills.
· Proficiency in CAD Software (2020, Design Flex)
· Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and hardware.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with building materials and construction basics
· Experience with both residential and builder projects preferred

Pay: $47,840.00 - $62,400.00 per year
