Job Purpose
The Support Team Associate will need to have a strong attention to detail while reviewing details / estimates. They will ensure that the detail has necessary materials, such as transitions, underlayment etc. Also, will review and edit custom charges.

Working Conditions
Working indoor Monday Friday, however customer issues may cause deviations from the norm. Regular evening, holiday and weekend work expected, working with challenging clients, constant phone and computer communications are expected. Sitting, standing, lifting tis to be expected. Busy environment with multiple interruptions.
