Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old flooring, repairing subfloors, and ensuring proper leveling.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the installation process.
- Perform buffing and concrete finishing tasks as needed to achieve a polished final product.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

Requirements
- Proven experience in flooring installation or related fields such as maintenance person services or construction painting.

- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship in all aspects of work performed.
