Role Description

As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll work closely with our Crew Chief to perform high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning, and more. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in all tasks necessary to ensure quality cleaning.
• Setting up vehicles and equipment at job sites following proper procedures.
• Safely moving furniture to prepare homes for cleaning.
• Applying protection and deodorizers to carpets and upholstery.
• Raking carpets and accounting for all cleaning tools and chemicals.
• Informing customers about additional products and services.
• Assisting in the cleaning process when directed by the Crew Chief.
• Cleaning the vehicle at the end of each day and ensuring proper backing procedures for company vehicles.
• Participating in weekend on-call duties once a month.
• Learning the water restoration side of the business to assist in those jobs as well.

Qualifications

• A valid South Carolina driver’s license, reliable transportation and a mobile phone.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• A clean and neat appearance with strong customer communication skills.
• A willingness to work after hours when necessary.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, and frequently lift 1-50 lbs., 100 Ibs. with assistance
• Physical ability to go into crawlspaces.
