We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Oversee all aspects of showroom operations. Including: Sales, Design and Project Management.
- Provide sales support and training to team members, enhancing their skills in outbound sales techniques.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual sales targets for team members.
- Engage in public speaking opportunities to represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Analyze retail math data to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and prospects.
- Foster relationships with outside sales representatives and dealership partners to expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales management role or similar capacity, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in public speaking.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail math principles is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and lead a successful sales team.
- Experience in outbound sales techniques and managing a comprehensive sales pipeline is essential.
