Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care.
- Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while fostering positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
