What we offer:
- Base salary: $3,000/monthly Commission (draw against commission)
- Earning potential of $80K to $150K annually
- Full Time: 5-day week (Monday – Sunday)
- Must be able to work alternating weekends & evening shifts
- 4-day work week when not working weekends.
- 90 days paid training

- Quarterly sales & product knowledge meetings
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to determine overall flooring & design needs
- Build strong client relationships & follow up with all new/existing customers
- Schedule appointments to have client design consultations within the showroom
- Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
- Review space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create/present project proposals for client approval, collect client’s payments
- Collect online reviews OR use social media to create network groups
- Manage time between the showroom & prospecting for new business
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Interior Design, Hospitality or similar role.
- Basic computer, social media & math skills
- Proper phone etiquette & positive attitude
- Desire to grow a business & can work independently
- Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with clients
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Strong personal & professional judgment
- Ability to respond quickly to customers’ needs & wants
- Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
