Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, experience in college athletics, and/or restaurant experience. As a commission-based role, you'll have the opportunity to earn unlimited income while benefiting from our substantial investment in advertising to generate appointments for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Excellence:** Utilize your sales skills to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored flooring solutions.
- Lead Management:** Follow up on leads generated through our marketing efforts and convert them into satisfied customers.
- Customer Service:** Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other sales team members to share best practices and support each other’s success.
**Qualifications:**
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Athletic Background:** Experience in college athletics is highly desirable, showcasing your competitive spirit and team-oriented mindset.
- Restaurant Experience (a Plus):** Experience in the restaurant industry is beneficial, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Commission-Based Earnings:** Unlimited earning potential with 100% commission-based compensation.
- Marketing Support:** We invest $3,000 to $4,000 per month in advertising to generate appointments and ensure you have a steady stream of leads.
- Weekly Group Interviews:** Join us every Monday for a group interview session to learn more about the role and meet our team.
