We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, specifically targeting general contractors (GCs), designers, and property managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the multifamily and hospitality sectors.
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, designers, and property managers to promote our LVP and SPC products.
• - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the flooring industry.
• - Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing strategies and materials that resonate with potential clients.
• - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads.
• - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• - Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• - Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  
  

Qualifications:

• - 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the flooring industry or related fields like building materials, siding, etc.
• - Proven experience in calling on general contractors, designers, and property managers.
• - Desired understanding of LVP and SPC products, as well as the multifamily and hospitality markets.
• - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• - Computer proficiency
• - Willingness to travel, must have dependable transportation
