Job Summary
Flooring Clearance Center is seeking a Showroom Greeter for our Fort Mill location. This will involve welcoming and working with customers on their flooring needs. Performing administrative tasks and assisting the showroom manager with daily operations. Candidates will have experience in customer service skills, be energetic, and enjoy working in a team focused environment.
Duties
- Greet and engage every customer who walks into the showroom, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist customers in understanding different flooring options and styles based on their preferences.
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom and ensure samples are properly displayed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing inquiries, processing appointment bookings, sending estimates, filing and handling customer follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with the showroom manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Hours: Tuesday-Friday 10:00AM-6:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00AM-5:00PM
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or design-related industries preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
