SUMMARY : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims / Warranty Manager to oversee and manage the claims and warranty processes for our countertop fabrication company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with the production, installation, and sales teams to resolve any product issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both customer service and manufacturing processes.

Essential Functions :

Claims Management :

Review and process warranty claims from customers related to product defects, damage, or installation issues.

Communicate directly with customers to gather relevant information and assess the validity of claims.

Ensure accurate documentation of each claim, including correspondence, investigations, and resolutions.

Warranty Process Oversight :

Monitor and enforce the company's warranty policy, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.

Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues related to materials or products.

Customer Satisfaction & Communication :

Maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the claims process, ensuring effective communication and high levels of satisfaction.

Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their warranty claims and resolutions.

Handle any escalated issues, ensuring a fair and quick resolution.

Reporting and Documentation :

Maintain a comprehensive database of warranty claims and related documentation for future reference and audits.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with countertop fabrication and installation processes.

Experience with RFMS.

Work Environment : The work environment in the stone manufacturing industry may involve exposure to dust, noise, and various weather conditions.

Travel Required : None

Required Education :

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Preferred Experience :

Strong knowledge of warranty terms, product quality standards, and industry-specific regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues and provide solutions.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor.
