SUMMARY : The Controller is a senior financial leader responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to drive company performance. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and audit processes. The Controller collaborates closely with the executive team to align financial strategies with business objectives and supports the company's mission through fiscal responsibility and innovation.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead and coordinate external audit processes and regulatory filings.
- Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and systems.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategies with business objectives.
