In the Customer Service Department, your role will be supportive of sales and customer service resolution in a professional, efficient, and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :
- Entering customer details and order specifications (alpha numeric)
- Respond to various communications in a professional and courteous manner
- Update records for reselections and / or rescheduled installs
- Assist customers with order resolutions
- Work harmoniously with others to ensure daily expectations are achieved
- Adhere to confidentiality regulations
- Proofread data and ensure accuracy
