SUMMARY : As a Central Processer, you"ll be the central point of contact for our customers and the internal sales team. You"ll manage a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :
- Manage and respond to emails throughout the day
- Answer and handle incoming phone calls
- Run multiple reports as needed
- Gather necessary information and documents to create customer orders
- Create detailed work orders, including :
Entering material and labor line items
