Essential Job Functions
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to all departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee daily operations, including sales, project management, installation, and customer service.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee employee recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
- Implement and enforce safety policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and expansion of service offerings.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a management role within the flooring, construction, or related industry.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and project management best practices.
- Proficiency in business software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific project management tools.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Office and field environment, with visits to project sites required.
- May involve exposure to construction environments, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
- Requires flexibility in work hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to manage stress in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
