Overview Of Your Daily Tasks
- Monitors and documents all mandatory and non-mandatory training compliance, certifications, and continuing education requirements. This may include safety and anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams.
- Partners with recruitment team and managers on candidate interviews and defining job requirements
- Supports Talent Acquisition with new hire orientations
- Administers HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, performance management, recognition, safety, and development
- Addresses employment inquiries from all stakeholders, escalating complex issues appropriately
- Participates in employee disciplinary processes, terminations, and investigations
- Ensures compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Stays current on HR trends, regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Comply with company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Interact in a tactful, diplomatic, and professional, manner with employees, clients/vendors, supervisors, and co-workers to provide a safe, efficient, and positive experience and quality service.
- Any additional duties assigned by management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities with strong negotiation skills
- Advanced organizational and time management capabilities, with proven success meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
- Demonstrated professional integrity with expertise in maintaining confidentiality and comprehensive knowledge of employment laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to quickly master HRIS and talent management systems
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required
- 3-5 years of human resources management experience.
- Certified Professional in HR or Senior Professional in HR credentials
- Experience in Rippling, ADP, and Tilt
