SUMMARY: The recruitment coordinator is responsible for full-cycle recruitment assistance in sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, working with hiring managers, and ensuring positive candidate experiences. They aim to identify and attract top talent for open positions, serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, build talent pipelines, and oversee multiple priorities while upholding Flooring Services, LLC’s service standards.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Source candidates through job boards and networking; post openings and engage passive candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Coordinate all interview stages with hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Present offers and assist with new hire onboarding
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS records
- Follow all company policies and regulations
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Multi-channel sourcing experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of employment law
- Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Required:
- Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required or a combination of education/training/certifications and experience
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience
Desired:
- Rippling and/or ADP Experience
- Experience recruiting in the manufacturing, construction, or home building industry
