Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow strategic partnerships with national, multi-location businesses, earning their trust as their go-to flooring vendor.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Leverage NetSuite CRM to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and streamlined processes.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers, understanding the unique needs of large enterprises.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless service and execution for national accounts.
