The ideal Operations Support Specialist will interact with Floorplan Xpress's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. The Operations Support Specialist will assist in managing office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to the field offices across the country.

An Operations Support Specialist with Floorplan Xpress will provide an excellent customer experience. They will handle inbound calls, assist dealers, auctions and co-workers with origination of new loans, collect payments on current loans, provide information about titles and other general and specific questions. The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for financial transactions including receiving payments for loans, reconciling daily transactions, and other functions related to daily financial processing.
An Operations Support Specialist will manage the title process including receiving, verifying, and entering inbound titles, perfecting liens on titles, filing and auditing of titles, and other elements of title management. They will enjoy developing strong relationships with current dealers, auctions, financial institutions and other industry connections.
A qualified Operations Support Specialist must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English and Spanish preferred but not required, have a positive attitude, be service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
