The Field works with our customers and installers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet our expected level of quality. This is key position in our organization and vital to our overall performance as a contractor to the builder industry. As such, the Field must be an “installer-friendly” individual and help maintain our “installer-centric” culture which is critical to our business and success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Promote a safe, injury/accident-free culture.
- Provide updated status checks on the stages of home construction.
- Manage relationships with key customer contacts.
- Initiate corrective action to emergent issues.
- Ensure installation quality is acceptable.
- Primary point of contact on customer installation issues as well as accidents and mishaps on-site.
- Work closely with GM, Director of Operations, Management team and other managers/supervisors to identify best practices in all functional areas.

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Functionality in Operations, Customer Service and Sub-Contractor Management.
- Knowledge of flooring installation systems pertaining to single family home construction.
- Highly collaborative and works well with others.
- Undergraduate degree in Business or relevant field. Experience in a relative position will also be considered in lieu of college degree.
- Ability to sit at computer monitor for extended periods throughout the day.
- Must possess the ability to stand for extended periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between jobsites; to handle mail and documents; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 50 pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and products.
