Short Description : We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting, excels at cold outreach, and has a strong understanding of B2B sales. The SDR will be responsible for setting qualified meetings via email and cold calling , working with sales tools like Apollo and Sales Navigator, and managing prospects within our CRM system.

Compensation : Base salary performance-based commission.

Language Requirements : Advanced English (C1 level)

Location : 100%Remote

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and qualify leads through email outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Set up meetings for the sales team with decision-makers from B2B companies.
  • Utilize Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Manage and track leads effectively within a CRM ( Pipedrive or similar ).
  • Research and identify new opportunities to generate pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and messaging .
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly meeting-setting targets .
  • Qualifications :

  • 2 years of experience as an SDR, with a proven track record of booking meetings via cold email and cold calling .
  • B2B sales experience is required (previous experience selling to the U.S. market is a plus).
  • Experience using Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar sales prospecting tools .
  • Proficiency in CRM software (we use Pipedrive , but experience with any CRM is valuable).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills , with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience working in the U.S. market as an SDR.
  • Familiarity with sales automation and workflow optimization tools.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining quality interactions.
