FL Consulting Group LLC is the Staffing Manager of Flora Craft Brands (www.floraarbor.com), an IL-licensed craft cannabis grower and infuser. Flora is a commercial cannabis cultivator and processor that blends process and technology together for a superior product. With over 100 years of combined experience in the cannabis industry, our team prides itself on creating exceptional offerings and developing personal relationships with Dispensaries around the state of Illinois.

We are currently looking for multiple team members who represent our Core Values: Quality, Relationships, Education and Reliability. We are a small team and we must have a team-oriented culture with personal accountability and responsibility. You will be expected to work closely with our Manufacturing Teams (Grow and Infusion) to coordinate efforts to make sure product quality is premium and the customer experience is exceptional.

We are looking for team members with experience with the cannabis industry and we are constantly investing time and training in our employees. We are looking for high energy people with strong work ethic, steller communication skills, and the ability to work as a team and hold themselves accountable.

Position Summary:

Inside Sales will be responsible for maintaining relationships with dispensaries in the State of Illinois and managing Flora’s brand and product distribution to licensed dispensaries. The position will also require visiting locations where Flora’s products are sold and training dispensary staff on products and use. Inside Sales Account Manager will also be responsible for helping to determine the best product mix for dispensary needs. Will be a main point of contact for dispensaries.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers by providing information on product use and benefits, recommending products based on customer needs, and offering ongoing support
  • Train dispensary staff on Flora’s brands and products to ensure proper consumption and dosing
  • Work with dispensaries to improve product exposure and shelf positioning
  • Distribute promotional literature to customers
  • Maintain records of sales or other business transactions; prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports
  • Accurately communicate with Inventory Control to ensure correct products are ordered and distributed to dispensaries; verify and manage orders
  • Comply with all State of Illinois marketing regulations
  • Maintain professional knowledge on all Flora’s brands and products
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements as set forth by the IL Department of Agriculture (IDOA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Commensurate experience will be considered
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without an accommodation
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

  • Ability to establish long and short-term goals and sales plans
  • Ability to be a self-starter and see projects through to completion
  • Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
