Job Summary :
As Door Personnel you are one of the first team members our guests come in contact with and with this comes the obligation to make sure the Bama operates by the rules of the law on a daily basis. Ensuring all guests have proper identification when entering the Flora-Bama is an extremely important role along with the daily tasks below.
- Ability to perform accurate money transactions consistently and at a rapid pace
- The use of discretion, tact, and good judgment if dealing with guests
- Engage in genuine interaction with guests
- Ensuring all entrances / exists are secured in addition to the one you are assigned.
- Understanding the protocol for underage guests’ admittance and daily knowledge of wristband / stamp colors.
- Use a de-escalation method during a stressful event and have the ability to approach a situation with a nonaggressive and calm attitude to prevent the issue from intensifying
- Alliance to the Flora-Bama Customer Service and the Management team to always support each other and understand that the guest’s safety is our number one goal
- Maintain Flora-Bama’s reputation and tradition with professionalism and legal compliance
