What you'll do :
This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing equipment and systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a keen interest in the maintenance field. The position spans 90 days, with the potential to transition into a full-time Maintenance Technician role. The work hours are from 6 am to 2 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Assist experienced technicians in performing preventative maintenance on various mechanical and electrical systems
- Maintain and organize shop
- Learn to troubleshoot issues and assist in repairs of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs of inspections, repairs, and parts inventory
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Contribute to special projects and improvement initiatives as needed
