About The Position
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Hybrid work (3 days a week in the office)
Reporting to the CEE Manager Finance Control, you’ll be managing the finance and accounting operations for Flora entities, including performing month-end close accounting, management and financial report preparation. Helping to maintain a strong control environment and providing insight and support to key stakeholders required for effective decision making in order to achieve the business strategy. Ad hoc projects as required.

About The Position

Main Responsibilities
- Performing the finance month/year-end working with Finance shared services to ensure timely and accurate month end close and associated reporting activities.
- Lead the statutory reporting and audit process, in conjunction with the external auditors.
- Collaborate with Commercial Finance and HR business partners to provide financial insights and analysis.
- Preparation of quarterly and annual budgets and respective monthly analysis of variances to budget.
- Review in conjunction with internal and external tax partners VAT, CIT, and Transfer pricing returns.
- Support in implementing business development projects in line to the Future of Finance program.
- Key business partner to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong accounting background, and confident with IAS, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS 15, 16).
- Experience in VAT / CIT / statutory preparation for Polish entities.
- Experience of working with SAP/BPC (must have).
- Extensive experience working on month end close activities for multiple international entities.
- Proven exposure in end-to-end statutory accounts preparation.
- Advanced practical knowledge of Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to perform and adapt quickly to frequently changing priorities within a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple stakeholders, with the ability manage upwards as the “team experts” in some areas.
- Advanced English is a must.
